Develop and implement the human resources function from the ground up. Management of recruitment, employee onboarding, talent management, payroll processing, attendance tracking and benefits administration. Focus on the important role in developing, reinforcing, and bettering an organization’s culture while improving performance management, training, and development to reduce employee turnover.


Customer Success

 

Direct and oversee customer success function including manage customer success team, onboarding new customers, building customer engagement, expansion through upselling and cross-selling, managing renewal process and reducing churn. Develop, implement and optimize customer retention metrics.
