Finance
Financial reporting, SaaS metrics, budgeting, forecasting and modeling as well as fundraising and due diligence related to exits/acquisitions.
Accounting
From setting up Quickbooks and a proper chart of accounts to monthly close process, accounts receivable and accounts payable management, bank reconciliations and audits.
Human Resources
No certifications, but managed companies from five individuals to over 80. Responsible for compliance, developed recruiting strategies, management and development of employees, benefits administration, employee handbooks, payroll, compensation management, performance management and exit interviews.
Customer Success
Experience in building a Customer Success function in a SaaS startup from the ground up. Experience addressing the challenge of meeting rising customer expectations while trying to determine product-market fit and a path for growth and expansion. No prior experience, but plenty of lessons learned on the journey scaling from $0 to over $5M in ARR and what good Customer Success looks like and common mistakes to avoid.
Condominium Management Services
Professional budget, financial and bookkeeping management, insurance portfolio and reserve study management. Experience with HOA budgets from $50K to $3.0M. Complete accounting services, detailed budget reports and investment account status and reserve study analysis. Attend Board of Director’s meetings and publish meeting minutes.
